hey 

we have the cx5000 video conference system

when i set it to panoramic mode the camera couldn't calibrate 

i`m using Zoom skype for business

Hello @qwerty45 ,

 

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

The CX5000 was end of sale back in 2012 and end of support was in 2017.


As outlined in the datasheet >here< it was designed for Panoramic usage with:

 

  • Lync 2013 or Skype for Business

No other client has been tested.
