configure cma\vbp to transfer call to the right hdx unit

i have set up a system with vbp4350, cma4000, rss, two hdx8000 and four hdx 7000.

when people dial in to a conference they should dial their public ip and the internalnumber for the hdx unit.

(example 123.123.123.123##5010)

can anyone help me configure this?

Do you have the VBP setup on the CMA under Admin  >  Dial Plan and Sites  >  Sites  >Routing and Bandwidth?  The external sites woiuld dial the VBP IP address then ## E164 of the HDX site.
