I have an X50 in Poly mode, when I updated the software from System Web Interface , the update is stuck at 30% and the X50  was restarted.

I've been having the title error from my browser when trying to log into poly X50 portal 

"400 bad request no required ssl certificate was sent nginx"

Any tips?

Welcome to the Poly community!

 

The information you have provided is not sufficient. Please specify the current firmware version on Studio X50. You can also try to update the device using USB. 

 

In case you still face the issue. I would suggest opening a support ticket with Poly.
