Has anyone got the same issue, we are on the very latest teams app, we intiated a sign out off all devices from 365 deleted every single reference from Azure devices of the Poly's, done multiple factory resets and still get the same issue. We have a ticket open with Microsoft currently but they are dragging their heels, I was curious to see if this is a recent common issue with the latest teams version. If we sign in with a brand new account same licence it works fine, but we can't just change the user on every single X device thats not a fix.

We resolved this issue by removing devices enrolled to the user through Intune.

Thanks for the suggestion but we had already deleted everything related to the devices form azure devices and they did not show in Intune, we had microsoft on suppor for 2 weeks and they couldn't find the issue.

We have resolved this now, for anyone with the same error download the logs from the device in the Teams Admin Centre > Teams Rooms On Android > Select Device > Download Logs from here. On inspecting the logs we found a few entries with

DA_ENROLLMENT_DISABLED

This is an old android enrolment method which makes sense as the polys run version 9 and 10, Google is slowly phasing out this method and you need to make a change in Intune to allow Microsoft to handle this enrolment method. GO to Devices | Android > Enrolments > Scroll to the bottom > you will see Device Administrator click into there and click the box to allow Microsoft to manage (see the attached pic).

You might need to wait 10 minutes then try to log back into the Polys and it worked first time for us.
