I saw in the release notes that HDMI video ingest from a device in the room is supposed to work now in with Teams provider if I'm running 3.9.0.  I updated my X50 to 3.9.1, however, and Teams still says that it doesn't see an HDMI input if I try to share content.

The HDMI source I'm using (my laptop) works just fine if I swipe left and go into Device mode.

Any tips on how to get Teams to recognize the HDMI video?

Today it works.  I don't think I'm doing anything different, but it seems to work nicely.  When a Teams call is not in progress and an HDMI source is connected it automatically switches into Share mode and shows the HDMI source on the TV.  Works nicely, and I don't know what was wrong yesterday.
