Dears
When we are accessing the HDX web Portal from Windows 8 Explore 10 , its opening the page without any Tabs . I tried to play around with settings and even disabled the security mode . Nothing happens
I have similar problem with firefox . But again it can open normal pages and when we go to pages like network settings (https) it give option to do the exception but then nothing works .
Any body have an idea what is happening ?

I think this may say more about IE 10 that Win8 as I have issues under Win 7 (64-bit). Have you tried Compatibility Mode? That worked OK for me mostly ;o)

Hello all,

The officially supported browsers and their versions are always listed in the latest release notes.

 

Example 3.1.2:

 

  • To use the web interface, you need Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x, 7.x., 8.x, or 9.x
