Hi All,

When I try to share a video as a content from the RealPresence Desktop, there is a significant lag in the far end. Does it have to do anything with the meeting room setting in the bridge?

How can this issue be solved?

The RealPresence Desktop 3.1 can receive\transmit a content up to 720p and only 5fps.

Sounds like network issue.

 

hang up a call and iniciate call on higher bit rate if you look forward to share content over VC.
