I have HDX7000 and I want to make a video conference with my friend in other country,
What I need to do or set in the settings to make this call work?thanks.

Your friend needs to install the M100 client: http://www.polycom.com/forms/m100_trial_sw.html
It can be used as a 30 days trial. Remember to open ports on your firewall to recieve videocalls.
Your friend also needs to open ports on his/her firewall to receive videocalls.
