I have experienced an issue while doing multipoint video call with 2 no's of Cisco C60 and 1 no of Polycom VSX 8000 devices.

Cisco C60 codec 1 is connected to Cisco C60 codec 2 and Polycom VSX 8000 multipoint call, issues are:

1. Cisco to Cisco video works without any issue

2.Polycom VSX 8000 after 20mins there will be very high packet loss about 300 and the video gets freeze and hang and we have used external Sony - HDvfx1e camera for Cisco C60 codec 1.

Sincerely,

Mahesh Kumar

Cisco EP to Cisco EP works fine, the problem VEP runs software in "Release 9.0.6 - 02Feb2010 09:43"
