Hi everyone,

We have strange behavior in our environment. There are RMX1500 with Meetings rooms and Lync 2010 SIP connection configured and few VSX7000 and QDX6000. So when I call in to meeting room from Lync - everything is fine, participants are connected. When I try to call in to meeting room from VSX7000 or QDX6000 there are no video, only audio and participant have status "Partially Connected". But when I adding same VSX or QDX to same meeting room from RMX 1500 Address Book - everything is fine: I have audio and video in my conference. Please, help me to solve where goes video at incoming call to meeting room.

The info you provided is limited but based on what was said my first thought is a network routing issue. Since outbound calls from the RMX work but inbound calls do not.  Another possibility is having the correct number of ports open on the firewalls of the endpoints.

Please see the admin guide for firewall ports setup .
