Our client has a VSX5000 and VTX1000 connected together through a Visual Concert . There is no far site Audio.According to the client he claims the sound used to come from the loudspeaker of the VTX1000. I am failing to understand because the phone is connected through the Visual Concert to mic input of the Codec .Can someone please help with the configurations.
