Hi,

 

This unit (VSX5000) was working previously but now it appears to not detect the ISDN interface. The interface ISDN lights (green and orange) just flash every 5 secs or so. In the admin/network settings, ISDN does not appear.

 

Is there an option in the software to switch on ?

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

 

When you see this message it’s usually an indication of a bad ISDN card or a loose card.

Turn the unit off and reseat the card, make sure that the card slides in smoothly but that it locks in place.

If the ISDN module is not seen by the system, please call our support number and open a service request.
