Hi,
An endpoint doesn’t start.
I tried minor version up.The installation Wizard was completed.
However, it is not completed with the screen of theendpoint.
After rebooting a power supply, it did not start.
Guidance of the software upgrading is displayed when Ipush 0 at the time of start.
When I started exe file from a PC, the input of the licensekey was necessary.
I don’t have contract.
At the time of first installation, the input of the key was not necessary.
Can it not go back up in an original state withoutpurchasing contract?
