Hi All,

We recently migrated to a new ISP and changed our external IP in Admin Settings > Network > IP Network > NAT Configuration > NAT Public (WAN) Address. Now when we connect a call to our sister site we get no video or sound. To add to the mystery, if we wait with the connection open for about five minutes, video and sound sometiumes come on. What could we be missing in the configuration that would cause this?

The new ISP is Comcast, in case there are known issues with them.

Make sure your new carrier is supporting H.323 video calling.  It sounds like a firewall somewhere in the path is blocking UTP data.
