During the update installation of part 1 I only get to 97% complete before the update retries a couple times and then error message to check that the system is on. When reinitializing the update a new error message comes up with wrong password. We only use 1 password for admin and remote access so I don't get why it would think it is wrong.

Further to the previous post:... It appears that the polycom unit disconnects from the update when it goes to the System Ready for Update screen and will not re-connect even with the correct password.

thanks

Try doing the upgrade on the same switch or through a Crossover cable, with windows firewall turned off. This usually works for me.

You  can try SN of the unit as access  password
