Hi

 

I have endpoint polycom vsx7000 ver 9.0.1  and want register it with callmanager cisco versión 9.1.1 but is not working.

 

Can anybody tellme if it is posible?

The VSX is no linger mentioned in the latest documentation.  Since the VSX is no longer in development it is very likely it is no longer supported in a CUCM environment.

Hi,

 

Is there any change if I change VSX to versión 8.6.3? (VSX from 9.0.1 to 8.6.3). If this VSX is not in Service Contract, buying a Contract, can I downgrade it to 8.6.3?
