VSX 7000 Sleep

Hi every one i am using a vsx 7000 alone no device is attatched to it i have a problem when i didnt use my device after some time goes to standby mode and never wake up until and unless i disconect all cables and plug again kindly help me on this what type of problem is this

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
