Hi!

 

I'm new to Polycom, and my company has a wiki page on how to set up a PVX client for windows and dial in to the company teleconferencing systems.

 

I managed to get hold of a PVX upgrade with a trial license, and it seems to work reasonably, but I understand that this is an obsolete product, and I therefore also downloaded the RealPresence software for desktop.

 

The problem is I can't find the setups in realpresence corresponding to

a) The global directory server IP

b) The NAT public IP

 

that are both in PVX.

Is RealPresence using an alternative solution for this?
