Hello community, I seek the collective knowledge of this august forum.

We are rolling out RPD 3.8.1.

However we have discovered that clean installs do not allow the local admin account to be used. However if RPD 3.7.1 is installed and then upgraded to 3.8.1, then the local admin account is available.

Understandably we would prefer to just install RPD 3.8.1, rather than installing 3.7.1 and then 3.8.1.

Does the collective hivemind have any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Many thanks in advance, Adam
