Unable to enter RealConnect Meeting ID on Group Series

Staff wanted to ad-hoc join a Teams meeting in a room with a Group Series.  They had not reserved the room.  

 

Since the meeting was internally based, I had them forward the meeting request to the room so it would create the join button.  But that always takes a few minutes.  So while that was happening, I figured we'd hit the speed dial for the RealConnect Teams Lobby and enter the video ID.

 

The lobby came up and I attempted to use the remote control - as well as the Crestron on the wall - to manually enter the Video Conference ID.  On a Trio - this is no problem.  But on the Group Series, when I'd hit "1" - the screen would say "Preset 1 entered" or something to that affect.

 

I suspect that this has something to do with camera presets.  How do you turn that option off so you can ad-hoc join a meeting from the RealConnect Lobby or the Zoom Lobby?
