We are looking to use a E70 or USB Eagle Eye Cube in our conference room. What I am wondering is why doesn't a USB camera work when the G7500 is in Teams mode? Is there another way to connect it to the G7500?

I understand that the G7500 has not made it onto the Microsoft certified list as of yet. Do we know when this will be avaiable?

Thanks

Hello @T.C. Impact ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Officially the G7500 is not Microsoft Teams certified at present so we cannot really comment on anything as this is an unsupported set-up.

You would need to check with our Partner Microsoft why they do not allow multiple cameras in their Application as this is their application running when in Microsoft Teams Mode and their Application would need to support multiple cameras.

In regards to a release date for the G7500 for Microsoft Teams, I suggest you work with a Poly reseller and/or Poly sales engineer.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
