We have HDX 8000 codecs in our classrooms and we want to connect a multipoint call between 2 classrooms and a laptop.  With the trial Telepresence m100 we were able to achieve this but when someone using a codec talks the video will remove itself from full screen and resize the video to the default size.  We want to use an extended display so that a Teacher can see the classrooms on 1 screen and share content on the other but because the video resizes and bounces around the screen it is impossible to use watch the video in full screen.

 

We spoke with technical support and they sent us here to see if we can find a xml workaround for the m100 software to change the video mode so that it does not resize itself.  Does anyone have a fix for me that can show me how to fix this issue.  If this issue is revolved, we will gladly purchase the software.  If not, I would rather the old PVX software be available for purchase since it is at least functioning properly.
