Hello,

I believe that this is a bug.

 

I've updated the x30 and x50 to the latest firmware version released trough the Teams management page.

 

The os version is: 3.11.0-364021 (for the video bars x30 / x50 ) but for the TC8 the firmware is stuck at 3.11.0-210686 . 

 

 

In the latest app version you can join Zoom calls from the teams interface, this works, but only if TC8 is not attached; 

 

TC8 is also missing the new teams settings that allow 3rd party join (Zoom).

Have you checked the "Touch Control" part in TAC for an available update ?

Hello @ValerioUK ,

 

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

In order to be on a Poly-supported version always update the device via the built-in option from a Poly-hosted server. Both devices would need to run the same 3.11 version and then update via the TAC to the latest Teams version
