We are able to open MS Teams and select the Cast option to cast to our Studio X50 using our mobile device or computer just like this video shows:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=et85NK6OFVI

However the TC8 does not join the meeting.  You see in this video the TC8 joins the meeting, but in our castings, it does not, so we are not able to control the volume or turn off our camera during while presenting.  The TC8 stays on the screen showing the "Meet Now", "Call" and "More" buttons and a video of the people on the room stays in the lower right corner of the screen.

The TC8 works fine during regular Teams meetings and calls.

Hi JordanCN,

I believe that this behaviour is fixed in MTRoA v1.0.96.2022051102 which you can push from TAC.

But before you can do this you'll need to upgrade the X50 to 3.11 or later (3.12 is now available).

Hope that helps.
