Hello @Ini ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The community contains individual sections dealing with the different products we offer Voice, Audio/Video, UC Infrastructure or Others.

Your post or the post you replied to was placed into an incorrect section and has therefore already been moved.

Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQ’s listed in my signature for your convenience.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Hi

This sounds like at M365 issue.. Have you ensure the accounts is ready being a MS Teams room?

If you have Endpoint Manager/Intune enabled, also make sure that have set the correct policies.

Remember, that MS Teams app on the devices is MS.

Also remember to look into AAD logs for the users, it can be that the reason for logout is in there.

/Dan

We are also experiencing this issue. Opened a ticket with Microsoft, they reviewed our Intune settings and confirmed Intune is not the issue. All devices show healthy status in Teams Admin.

Switching to Poly and Zoom modes everything works fine.

We have already downgraded to v3.9 firmware and attempting to rollback further.

Hello @Rich R

There should be no need to downgrade as we assume this worked before and this is only something that started.

Please use 3.10 and ensure the TAC has the latest Teams Application

Our partner Microsoft should continue to troubleshoot this issue with their application on their Service

We were able to resolve our issue by upgrading to firmware v3.10 and Teams app v1449/1.0.96.2022011305

Note Teams will recommend you downgrade to v3.9. We changed the updates provider to Poly to make sure Teams did not downgrade automatically.

We also disabled Wireless. We had left it enabled for Teams direct HDMI screen share hopefully someday soon.
