TC8 touchpad not able pair how to remotely monitor

We remotely manage around 100 MTRs on Android. PolyLens and Microsoft Teams Admin Center will show a room is healthy. When a TC8 intermittently cannot pair, users will go into a room, the screen will show the meeting calendar, but not be able to join the meeting because the TC8 is not paired. Is there any way to get a notification in PolyLens that the TC8 is not paired? This would allow us to proactively mitigate angry users.

1: Is the TC8 paired on the Poly OS level, you can see it in the Poly X web admin page.

 

2: Do you use Endpoint manager in your M365 setup? - 

 

3: There is other post about simular issues with TC8 losing pairing with the Poly X in Teams mode. This can be related to missing M365 firewall rules/exeptions.

Remember that the MS Teams pairing is based on the resource accounts. So for you to monitor the MS Teams pairing, you would have to monitor the status in MS Teams/M365
