TC8 Slow on Poly OS 4.0

TC8 Slow on Poly OS 4.0


We are using an X30 system with a TC8 in Teams mode. We have updated it to Poly OS 4.0 and since then the TC8 performance has been very slow. It takes a number of seconds to respond to button presses. The volume controls sometimes change the volume sometimes they do nothing and on a coupe of occasions in the middle of a Teams call the audio has come out of the speakers in the TC8 and then the panel crashes.


Is anyone else having issues like this at all?

Hi @JohnnyA,


did you perform an update to v4.0 coming from 3.14.1 or 3.14.2? I would suggest to do a system reset from the GUI hand see what happens.
