Studio X50 / TC8 - Camera issue in BYOD Mode

Halo All, I have problem about my Studio X50 / TC8 in BYOD Mode cannot show camera in Zoom, Gmeet, Voov Apps. i choose camera poly x50 in these apps cant show my camera.

 

Firmware : 3.11.

anyone can help this issue?

Welcome to the Poly community !

 

Your question falls bit short of information here . Would like to know the details i.e. the length of the cable you are using in device mode (BYOD) , also if camera working with other than mention apps ?

Please verify the camera once in Poly mode and go through the requirements to use device mode.

I'm Just using 3 Meters, Mic & Speaker not problem. Option for camera Poly X50 is showing. but the camera display has black/black.

I suggest to open a support ticket with Poly. This issue required further troubleshooting.

We have the same issue with 2 cams. What was the solution?
