We think we have found a bug with the Studio X50 3.5MM audio setting. This happens even when nothing is plugged in to the jack. If you have "playback to all sites" set, the far end hears an echo of the local side (double the audio). However, when you set it to playback to far sites it resolves the issue. Again, this occurs even when nothing is plugged in to the 3.5MM jack. We've been able to replicate it across numerous systems (we have 100 X50's in place). Everyone of these systems is at 3.12 presently and even happened before we upgraded them all to 3.12 just last week.

Hello @CBlack2020 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

If you can replicate this with the current 3.13 GA then please get this into our support organisation.

Edit: Please try and quote EN-233768 as a potential duplicate.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

We are testing this today and will let you know what we find out.

When you say "quote EN-233768 as a potential duplicate" what exactly do you mean?

Hello @CBlack2020 ,

This means there is already a similar Poly internal escalation. Please open a ticket and mention this reference so the engineer can check against this. That way they can update you on the progress and any potential fix.
