Still waiting for V4 and some Teams certifications

I'll guess it will be X-mas some time in the near future.

  • Microsoft Teams will be available on Poly Studio X70 and G7500 in the Poly Video OS 4.0 software update, which is expected to be released in November 2022.
  • The Poly Studio X30 & X50 video bars are now re-certified for Microsoft Teams on Android 10, available to customers in the Poly Video OS 4.0 software update expected to be released in November 2022.

Re: Still waiting for V4 and some Teams certifications

Hello @JanCx ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

First of all the date set by our Partner Microsoft is not a hard date Microsoft, to my personal knowledge, is not changing anything and/or refuse any service.

Unfortunately, the promised timeline has slipped but I can assure you our teams are working hard on this to get this finalized. I am just a volunteer in this community so please work with a Poly reseller or a Poly Sales representative if you require an official statement or timeline

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.

I will close this topic to stop any other comments and provide an update once Poly OS 4.0 has been officially released.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
