Hi,

I have a X50 in version 3.9. It's configured "Device Mode" iProvider Menu but the screen stays blue with some icons same in inactivity.

I have tested in different configuration in  X50 menu (Sleep and Collaboration Tools) and verify the screen setup. The issue is the same, It stays in blue screen with the icons.

Same with no device connected on USB Port.

Do you  encounter this problem ?

Thanks

Best regards

Alternatively, maybe post some pictures so other volunteers can look at your issue.

Hi Steffen,

Thanks for your feedback. In waiting, I could do the test in my Lab and I'm the same symptom in "device mode" with X50 in 3.9 version that the customer. The screen do not go to sleep even PC not with HDMI and USBc cable. I tried by modifying configuration of "sleep time" in X50 and in the menu of the screen but no effect. I put the file with the screenshot and the picture of the screen that we see.

It's perhaps  normal behavior in "device mode"

The only solution is removed the HDMI cable from the screen or power off the screen.

Thanks

Best regards

Hello @didier.drieux ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

As already explained this would need to come into our support organisation to be verified.

Best Regards
