We have a client using Skype for Business on a RealPresence Group 310. If they have a total of 5 people in the meeting, including themselves, all 5 attendees show up on the same screen. But if they add a 6th person to the meeting, the last person is shown on a second page. Is there a way to adjust the layout so that everyone is on the same screen?

Also, what is the limit for number of videos that be displayed on the same screen in a Skype for Business meeting? The Admin guide says, "On RealPresence Group 300, 500, and 700 systems, you can view a maximum of five far-end sites." However, our reseller said the maximum was seven. I haven't been able to find a definitive answer.

Hi @jasonscsk,

as far as I know, Skype for Business Online MCU manages standard limit of 5 active video tiles which can display any combination of SfB or VTC participants. So the limitation is not on the Group.
