Hi,

 

We have some troubles finding a good configuration for our videoconference calls.

 

This is our setup in our 3 companies:

 

1st company: Polycom QDX6000 with 2 screens setup

2nd company: Polycom QDX6000 with 2 screens setup

 

3rd company: Polycom HDX7000 with 2 screens setup

 

All the polycoms are configured to show the presence on the 1st screen and the content on the 2nd

 

Now the problem is the following:

 

Both during a normal call and a Multipoint call we see the content (for example a laptop) on the 1st screen instead on the 2nd.

 

One more information: I've read the "Hosting Multipoint Calls on Polycom HDX Systems" and i've configured all our polycoms as in the Example 2 of Table 7

 

I hope to find a solution....
