Hi,
I'm looking for instructions on how to perform a remote packet capture on GS using Wireshark. I seem to remember, there was such a thing, but can't find the guide for GS, only for Trio...

Nothing posted within this community will open any kind of support ticket and if you require assistance outside of this please open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Hi @SteffenBaierUK
Sorry to reopen this, but I can't get this working. Did everything by the guide, but getting this message upon starting the capture:
Error while capturing packets: bind(): Address already in use (code 98)
The guide says to use Wireshark 1.12, I tried that, still nothing. Did anyone succeed doing this?
