We have a user using RealPresence installed on a laptop, when he call the main office is a black screen and no sound is heard.

The main office is a real Presence group 500, you have to enable some option?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is most likely a firewall issue.

 

There are multiple post's about the same topic in this community already. The Release notes / Admin Guides detail the relevant ports and protocols.
