Realpresence Group 500 Skype for Business Fullscreen

Hi to all,

I have a question, it may sound stupid but we have an Realpresence Group 500 associated to an Skype for Business enviroment.

When an videomeeting is in act, camera content showed on screens is not fullscreen but it´s bordered.

Is there any way to make it fullscreen?

Hi Alex,

this is not a setting/error on your Group. You are in a conference call on a bridge (MCU) and that layout is configured on that MCU.
