Hello,

 

We installed a new polycom system in one of our office, and the realpresence 500 drop every call after 2h 11min 17 sec.

I checked all the sleep mode : 

Admin settings / System Setting / Call settings / maximum time in call : Off

Admin settings / Audio - video - content / Sleep / Time before system goes to sleep : Off

Admin settings / Audio - video - content / Video inputs / General Camera settings / Camera sleep mode : fast wakeup

 

The system should not disconnect, but everytime, after 2h 11min 17 secondes, it does.

Ask your network systems people to look at timeouts on your network.  When a system constantly disconnects around the same time during a call it points to a network timeout.
