Talked to Polycom support but since I am trying to setup the trail version there is no support available.

 

The older PVX 8.0.16 software can complete a call with audio and video to our old Viewstation just fine.  However that is not longer supported and I cannot get the RealPresence Desktop to answer the call from the Viewstation. 

 

According to Polycom this should still work but I cannot seem to find out what is causing the issue.

 

We are currently using internal ip addresses for the test.

Will the RPD connect to anything, or is just the VS it is not connecting to?
