RealPresenceDesktop Speed Dial Numbers

Hi everyone,

I´m not really sure if I this is the good threat. The thing is I have a question about RealPresenceDesktop and Speed Dial Numbers (plcm files).

A few time ago, I was using Polycom PVX....and It was really fantastic for me. I could use plcm files to use Speed Dial, but now Polycom PVX is deprecated and I need another similar version.

I would need to know if it´s possible to use Speed Dial Numbers in RealPresenceDesktop or Polycom m100...I need to have a list of files (plcm or something like that), and can use it for start automatically the Polycom Telepresence Software calling to the destine.

Hi! that´s not really what I need. I need to start RPD App with a call. I mean, I have a software application with a list of contacts and what I need is when a select one of this contacts in my app, and push a simple call button, RPD starts with a call to that user. Before, with Polycom PVX, I made simple plcm files for each user, and just execute that files...Do you know if It would be possible to do that with RPD or m100.

Hi! I´m still looking for a solution with RPD Video Client. Anyone know if there is any way to integrate RPD...I would need to start RPD with a call.

Hi! I found the solution!

You can pass params by command line, and start the call automatically!
