Hi there,

My employer has 8 RealPresence Grpoup 300 and 3 Trio 8800 devices on the network. I'd like to monitor them in order to respond quicker to issues with device connectivity and devices being unable to register with sip or microsoft servers.

Normally an issue is reported to us, and in some cases, we simply access the devices webpage, check the system status to see what services are not working and reboot the device if necessary.

It would be good to get quicker feedback via a software monitor before customers report an issue. Is there a utility that can do this. Realpresence Resource Manager appears to be designed for very large device setups, and my example isnt that big.
