RealPresence Group Series 500 or 700 unable to call Zoom meetings via SIP address

Hi Folks

our RealPresence Group Series 500 or 700 unable to call Zoom meetings via SIP address....."unable to complete call...".  But it is able to join zoom meetings via dialing h.323 IP or One-click JOIN from the calendar integrated to the RPG. Via calendar, it also connect ok and as h.323.  

 

Any idea?
