Hi Polycom,

My company use Polycom (Group 700, Group 500, HDX 7000). When call point to point the quality ok, but when connect multiple point, the quality of the video very low quality, cannot see face, sound some time miss.

System use version system 5.1.x. 

Please help me,

It sounds like you have network conjestion, this sounds like packet loss.  Check your stats on the unit hosting the MP conference as well as your network to see if things like QoS are set properly for interactive communications.
