RealPresence Group 500 - speeddial command

Good afternoon,

 

I would like to use speeddial command from an external control system, to get names of the contacts which were assigned to speeddial keys in Polycom Group 500. When I send, however, this command (with any parameters listed in the Integrator's Reference Manual), I don't receive any response. The codec responds as expected to other commands (e.g. it returns a list of contacts after sending gaddrbook command). Does this command work? If so, is there anything which needs to be enabled or configured to allow for using this command?

The codec is running FW v. 6.2.2.8-670021.
