Hello,

some of our partners are inviting us via a skype-link ("https://meet.lync.com/something/something/something") in to their videoconference.

Unfortunately we have trouble joining the conversation with this method.

Is there a way to join the conference with the Group500 using the mentionend link?

Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany!

MT-Thomas

Hi @UTThomas,

well, if your partner plans a Skype-Meeting via Outlook, they should invite you (your Group500), too.

Your Group500 should have an active skype account, should be integrated in Exchange and AD.

In this case, the Skype invitation goes out to your Group and you´ll get the "One click join"-Button.

Easy as 123.

More info about your Group and enviroment would be also helpful!

Thanks for the quick answer!

Under the circumstances you described we have no problems joining the meeting. But last time we  just got the mentionend link send to us via instantmessage and then we don't know how to join the call using the Group 500.

We use the softwareversion 6.1.6 with or without RealPresence Touch-device.

You can schedule a Skype-Meeting and exchange the Skype-link with the "original" link and send it to your Group! Should work.
