RealPresence Group 500 best settings for ADSL and cable?

I have recently purchased a set of RealPresence Group 500 endpoints for use on ADSL and cable lines.

I would like to ask the community what the recommended settings are for using a polycom unit on an ADSL line (6mbt down/0.5mbit up), and on a cable line (50 mbit down/5mbit up)

Also, how do I apply a multipoint licence to an unit?

A quick update:

I have found by trial and error that setting the call quality to 384 works best on an ADSL line with 0.5mbit upload. Picture quality is good and sound quality excellent.
