RealPresence Group 500, Multipoint Video call, Host View matching remote view

My company has multiple RP Goup 500s deployed across half a dozen campuses and we recently added the Multipoint license to them. The multipoint video conference basically works, however we have discovered that what the Host system sees is different than what the other systems called into the video conference see.

Single Monitor setup.

For the systems dialing in, they see whatever is expected based on the Multipoint Mode of the host machine. The host system sees the other sites based on the PIP setting. In cases with mutliple images on the PIP, the active talker is highlighted. In PIP Fullscreen, the only visible image is the active speaker, or if the host is the active speaker, the most recent speaker.

The goal here is for the experience for the host system to be the same as the experince for those calling in. How should the host be set to accomplish this? OR Is there anyway to send the video feed the host system sends to the remote systems to the local/host monitor?

You are correct, the host will see it differently than the remote sites.  Whereas the host has multiple images that can be displayed on the monitor(s) the far ends have a single composited image from the host to display.
