I'm currently working on updating a RealPresence Group 500 VTC unit from version Release - 6.2.0-440582 to 6.2.0.2-560025. My computer is on the same switch as the VTC unit that I'm making an effort to update. When I attempt to manually update the unit with the updated firmware file, locally on my PC, it will begin uploading; however, it will subsequently generate an error message, i.e., 'The Upload Failed.' My currently PC's LAN port settings are listed below:
