RealPresence Desktop Trial Instantly Expired

Running the RealPresence Desktop  trial version for the first time, I get a dialog box with a notification that the trial period has expired. I downloaded it for the first time today, and the trial period is supposed to be 30 days.

Windows 7 environment, RPD version


What can I do to recover the trial period?

Check the date on your computer.


Then uninstall and reinstall the RPD, it should work fine.

In addition please ensure there are not multiple users logged on to the PC you are trialing this with.
