Running the RealPresence Desktop trial version for the first time, I get a dialog box with a notification that the trial period has expired. I downloaded it for the first time today, and the trial period is supposed to be 30 days.
Windows 7 environment, RPD version 3.9.0.69889
What can I do to recover the trial period?
Check the date on your computer.
Then uninstall and reinstall the RPD, it should work fine.
