Hello all, my name is Sergio Garrido, I have a problem with a group series 310, I´m trying to do a call to a webex sesion, when in the sesion tell me insert the pass, I push in # in remote control but nothings happens.
Can you help me?

The keypad on the remote can be configured for multiple alternatives. the default is for presets. You can either reconfigure it or you can use the "# " to bring up the keypad. You will have a message that Touch Tones are enabled. You should then be able to send tones to the farend.

We use the # to send the DTMF. I hear the tones, I thinkthat the polycom are sending the tones but maybe the webex listen in another timing or something lke that. I open a tac with webex too to try to resolve this isuue. The Polycom support tell me that the GS are working fine, I have a test with another MCU and work perfectly.
