Real Presence Touch Screen Timeout

Touch Screen paired with a Group 500

 

500:  Release - 6.2.2.6-650033

Touch Device: Panel Software: 6.2.2.6-650033

OS - 2.2.2.8-434

Hardware Version 4

 

Is there a setting in either system that controls the time out value of the touch screen?  I would like to keep it on all the time.  

 

Also, I noticed that sometimes the touch screen loses its connection to the GroupSeries and a reboot of the touch screen is required.  Is there a suggested solution for this?

 

I figured if the timeout were set to never, this might be a workaround.
